Create Your Account

Sign up with your email and password. Email confirmation is optional during beta.

Set Up Business Information

Add your business name and address in Settings. This appears on all your invoices.

- Logo (Pro only)

Create Your First Invoice

Fill in client details, add line items, and generate PDF in seconds.

Main Form:
1. Enter client name & address
2. Add invoice items (description, quantity, price)
3. VAT auto-calculated at 20%
4. Click "Generate PDF"

Creating Invoices

Learn how to create professional invoices with all the details.

Invoice Form Fields

Basic Information

  • Invoice Number: Auto-generated sequential number (e.g., INV-001)
  • Issue Date: Date when invoice is created
  • Due Date: Payment deadline
  • Currency: Choose £, €, or $ (default: £)

Client Information

You can either:

  • Select saved client from dropdown
  • Enter new client details manually
Client Name: John Doe Ltd
Client Address: 123 Business St, London, UK
Client Email: john@example.com (optional)

Line Items

Add multiple products/services to your invoice:

Quantity Number of units 1, 10, 100
Unit Price Price per unit 500.00
Line Total Auto-calculated (Qty × Price) 500.00

VAT Calculation

VAT is automatically calculated at 20% (UK standard rate):

Subtotal: £1,000.00
VAT (20%): £200.00
